Hunger games Nail art!

The Hunger games Nails, Katniss Everdeen's Flame nail Art. Here are the step by steps on how to create the Flame nails! Start with the base coat and paint all of your nails of a black polish. Then, you will need a plastic Sandwich bag and create a shape of a flame on a plastic bag using white striper, and use a red striper outlining the flame, next orange and finally fill the last part of a yellow. Peel them off, after 20 mins. and using a tweezers or fingers and carefully place the nails over your black nails. Press down on the flames very gently to secure them on your nails. Then finish off with the Top coat!
